Refund & Cancellation Policy

At NeXturea IT Solutions (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we want our customers to feel fully confident when subscribing to the NeXturea Gym Management Application (“App” or “Service”). We stand behind the quality of our software and therefore offer a transparent, customer-friendly “No Questions Asked” refund policy within a defined period.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and plans for the NeXturea Gym Management App purchased directly from us through our website, web app, or any official payment channel designated by NeXturea IT Solutions.

2. 10-Day No Questions Asked Refund

We offer a 100% refund on your first subscription payment if you are not satisfied for any reason, provided that:

You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the App or by contacting our support team. Cancellations made after the initial 10-day refund period will not be eligible for a refund but will stop future renewals.

Your account will remain active until the end of the current paid term, after which it may either be downgraded to a free plan (if available) or deactivated, as per our Terms and Conditions.

In rare cases of billing errors, duplicate charges, or technical issues on our side causing non-delivery of the service, you may contact us for a review even beyond the standard 10-day period. Such refunds, if any, will be processed at the sole discretion of NeXturea IT Solutions.

If you have subscribed to the NeXturea Gym Management App through a third-party reseller, marketplace, or partner platform, refund requests may need to be handled by that third party as per their policies. In such cases, our 10-day refund policy may not apply, or additional conditions may be imposed.

10. Policy Changes

NeXturea IT Solutions reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and/or communicated within the App. The version of the policy in force at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction, unless otherwise stated by us.
